I visited Love My Human Townhouse on Sunday with my dog Brownie, and we had such a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming — I think the lady who greeted us was named Galia — she was incredibly sweet and attentive to Brownie. We also had lunch there, and everything was really nice. Even though it’s quite far from where I live, it’s definitely a place I’ll be visiting more often. It truly feels like a second home for my dog, and I really appreciate that warm, caring atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The best brunch place one could visit with their doggo! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The food is so good. There’s a dog grooming and doggy day care upstairs but we haven’t tried that out yet. But everything about this place is so incredible! I highly recommend.

We visited this wonderful pet-friendly place yesterday, which also happened to be our dog’s birthday. Two lovely ladies hosted us—one middle-aged and the other an Asian lady. Although I forgot their names, they made our visit truly special. They celebrated our dog’s birthday, wished us well, and gifted delicious biscuits and a Christmas present. Both were extremely kind and caring. The middle-aged lady was especially sweet and warm, and the Asian lady was just as thoughtful and attentive—making the whole experience feel sincere and personal. The atmosphere was cozy, friendly, and full of holiday spirit. The service was truly amazing, far beyond expectations. We left extremely satisfied and genuinely happy. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting with their pet. If you’re looking for warm, friendly, and exceptional care, this is the perfect spot. We also received lovely biscuit treats for our dog—such a sweet touch! We strongly recommend visiting with your pet. Thank you for the incredible service!

They have the best eggs I’ve ever had! Had to come back. Lovely place for breakfast with your dogs! Friendly staff as well and many choices on the doggy menu!

We had a delicious meal at this dog café, and our dog absolutely loved the afternoon tea! We were surrounded by so many dogs, which made it such a great and cosy environment. A big thank you to Henry and Heather for the amazing service — they were wonderful. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Love My Human Townhouse! The townhouse was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. The location is excellent — convenient for local attractions, restaurants, and transport links. Overall, a wonderful experience and a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning!

Lovely time at the townhouse - along with our two little dogs for some brunch again, staff are always very warm and welcoming, and make sure ourselves and our pooches are well catered for. Lots of doggy snacks and biscuits, and fun Christmassy snacks at this time of year! Got lots of cuddles and attention from the staff, and a lovely lady who gave them some chicken feet to snack on. The human food was also delicious - muffins and sourdough toast with mushrooms etc. tasty and fresh made. Lovely coffee too. Hope to be back again soon.
